Goods of suitable quality purchased in the merch.lt store are guaranteed for 14 days refund from the date of receipt of the goods, if:
1) the goods are unused and undamaged;
2) the product has not lost its commercial appearance (intact labeling labels, etc.);
3) the returned product is complete with all the documentation and original packaging provided by the manufacturer.
1. When presenting a good quality product:
1) write to info@merch.lt and we will provide a return form;
2) to print the completed goods return form, fill it in and attach it to the returned goods.
1.1. The product must be unused, with labeling labels and in the original packaging, undamaged and without loss of commercial appearance.
1.2. The product is returned via Lithuanian Post by registered mail. Contact to be provided when returning:

2. To return the required quality item, follow the steps listed above.
3. The amount of money returned to the consumer for a useful good is the price of the purchase product. Delivery fee is not refundable to the customer.
4. The buyer may change the product and require his choice:
1) that the product is replaced by an analogous product of suitable quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or they are caused by the buyer’s errors;
2) that the product is replaced to the correct size.
merch.lt may refuse to accept the product if changes in appearance or defects have been made.
